2.0.- RFC 3031 specification

RFC 3031 specification is the standard track IETF documentation about MPLS and it represents, in fact, the current MPLS architecture specification. The document was originally written by E. Rosen, A. Viswanathan, and R. Callon in January 2001. Here I'm trying to make a brief summary of this document.
